Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses in the United States only.
Shipping cost
Shipping is free on every order. No minimum.
Delivery times
Each product page shows its own delivery estimate:
- Items marked Fast US Shipping (ships from a US warehouse): delivered in 3–7 business days.
- All other items: delivered in 7–15 business days.
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding US federal holidays. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and can be longer during holidays or carrier delays.
Tracking
You'll get an email with a tracking link as soon as your order ships. If your order contains items from different warehouses, they may arrive in separate packages, each with its own tracking.
Lost or late packages
If your tracking hasn't updated for 7 business days, or your package hasn't arrived 5 business days after the latest estimate, email us at hello@thenextbaby.com and we'll look into it. If a package is confirmed lost, we'll send a replacement or a full refund.
Wrong address
Please check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll try to fix it before it ships.
