30-day returns
You have 30 days after delivery to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in their original packaging.
How to start a return
Email hello@thenextbaby.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll reply with the return address and instructions. Items sent back without asking us first can't be accepted.
Return shipping
- If the item arrived damaged, defective or wrong: we cover return shipping, or we may ask for a photo and refund or replace it without a return.
- For any other reason (changed your mind, didn't fit your needs): return shipping is paid by you. We recommend a tracked service.
Items we can't accept back
For hygiene reasons, we can't accept returns of used teethers, feeding items, bottles, nasal aspirators, breast pumps or grooming items unless they arrived damaged or defective. Gift cards and sale items marked "final sale" (if any) are non-returnable.
Refunds
We'll inspect your return and email you when it's approved or rejected. Approved refunds go to your original payment method within 14 days. Your bank or card issuer may take a few extra days to post it.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
Please check your order when it arrives and email us within 7 days, with photos, if something is damaged, defective or not what you ordered. We'll make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get something different is to return the item and place a new order.
